Carson Ross
Co-founder — Program Management & Policy
15+ years of experience across sustainability, environmental policy, and program design and implementation, with work spanning North America, Africa, and Europe. Expertise includes research, program management, environmental justice, and translating policy into on-the-ground action. Holds an MPA in Environmental Science and Policy from Columbia University and a BA in International Development from McGill University.
Matthew O’Neill
Co-founder — Finance & Operations
15+ years of experience across entrepreneurship, impact investing, venture capital, startups and NGOs with work spanning North America, Africa, and Europe. Expertise includes strategic planning, finance, operations, and translating vision into clear paths for growth. Holds a BSc in Mathematics and Economics with a minor in Urban Design and Architecture from Northeastern University. Former Leadership Fellow at Baruch College — Marxe School of Public and International Affairs.
